We know that there are a number of places that you could go to buy your team gear. We value that you choose to shop with us and hope that you value that we support the values of good sportsmanship and camaraderie that make our teams great. We specialize in online team stores through Order My Gear and can get your team store up and running quickly. These stores can also be used as a fundraiser for your team or school.
We Service Teams, Schools, and Government Organizations
We specialize in team sales, whether it be a local travel sports team, a high school, or a local recreation department. We can handle orders as small as 2 pieces to 2000 pieces. We also sale all of your equipment needs such as bleachers, field maintenance equipment, field paint, and much much more!!
Screen Printing and Embroidery
Screen Printing
We can handle all of your screen printing needs in house. We do not need to send your items somewhere to be printed as we do them in our warehouse in Goldsboro, NC.
Embroidery
We also can handle all of your embroidery needs such as hats,clothing,gifts,blankets,and anything else that needs embroidery. If you need baseball hats for your travel team we can handle that as well in 3-D. Call us today for your embroidery needs.
Heat Transfer Vinyl
If you need a quicker turn around for your items we can have them decorated with HTV and get you your items quicker. This is a good option for smaller quantities or items needing over 3 colors.

Salesman
Jeremy Sutton-CEO/Sales
Jeremy was born and raised in Goldsboro, NC. Jeremy played sports throughout his school age years and fell in love with the game of baseball. Once Jeremy graduated from High School he began working in sales. He married his high school sweetheart Crystal in 2001 and continued working in sales while she went through nursing school. Once she graduated from nursing school Jeremy felt the calling to work in Law Enforcement. Jeremy graduated from Pitt Community College and began his Law Enforcement Career at Goldsboro Police Department. He worked his way up the ranks and was promoted to Sergeant of the Investigations Division. Although he had accomplished his dream of becoming a law enforcement officer he also had the urge to be an entrepreneur. In 2016 he left the police department to become a business owner. He worked at his families car business, while putting together a business plan to open an indoor batting cage facility in Goldsboro, NC. With the help of his business partner and family they opened The Launching Pad in 2018. This business opened the door to purchasing Pro Services from owner Roger Barnette in 2021. Jeremy and his friend and business partner Bradley Tew changed the name of the business to TLP Pro Services. Roger started the business in 2010 and the company prided itself on customer service. Jeremy takes that business model seriously and wants to make sure all of his customers receive the best possible service. Jeremy and Crystal have two sons Landon and Connor who are both active in sports.
Marty Gurganus- Sales
Hello everyone. My name is Marty Gurganus and I am excited to be part of the TLP Pro Services family. Some of you may know that prior to joining TLP Pro Services I had the privilege of serving students and their families as a public educator. For thirty-one years, working in both Wayne and Johnston counties I had the joy of teaching and coaching some of the best young people anywhere in the world. Even though I taught several subjects such as Health, Science, Trades and Industry, and Career Management most of my time was spent in the gym teaching Physical Education and Fitness to elementary, middle school and high school students. Along with teaching I also had the privilege to serve as a Student Advocate and an Athletic Director. Over the course of my teaching career, I either participated as a head coach or assistant coach in the following sports: Baseball, Basketball, Cross Country, Football, Soccer and Softball. I have found that my experience as both a coach and athletic director has prepared me to better serve the coaches and athletic directors who depend on TLP Pro Services to take care of their athletic needs. Please know I count it a privilege to serve each of you and I look forward to working with you to take care of your athletic programs. God has blessed me with a wonderful family. For 40 years I have been married to my wife Connie and together we are proud parents of our two sons Michael and David, both of whom serve as teachers and coaches.
Roger Barnette- Sales
Roger is the former owner and semi-retired salesman. Roger sold the Company in 2021 to Jeremy Sutton and Bradley Tew, knowing they would carry on the strong customer service tradition he started. Roger is still working as a salesman, mainly because he loves the industry and the people.

Bradley Tew is the Co-owner of TLP Pro Services and The Launching Pad with Jeremy. Bradley currently runs The Launching Pad. Bradley is a licensed optician in the Goldsboro area and stays busy helping the community with their vision needs.
